By accessing or using Rendro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rendro provides a platform to create and deploy dynamic image templates for social media and other uses. Templates can be rendered via API with customizable parameters.

3. Account and Usage Limits

You must create an account to use the Service. Free accounts are subject to usage limits (templates and renders per month). Premium accounts receive increased limits as described in your plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. You are responsible for the content of your templates and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your template designs and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your templates as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
